If you are not completely satisfied with your product and wish to return for a full refund or exchange, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee to ensure you have complete confidence when making your purchase. Before sending any items back to us, please ensure you have sent us at email at: sales@theultimategarage.co.uk, and we will issue you a unique returns number.

Returns Policy - Unused / Non Faulty Items:

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your items, please snure you send your items back in unused condition in the original packaging, together with all parts, accessories and manuals the items come with. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, assuming they have met our returns criteria, a full refund will be given back to the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. When sending items back to us, we recommend sending them by a recorded and insured methodto ensure any damage/loss of the items are covered. The buyer is responsible for the items until we confirm safe receipt.

Returns Policy - Faulty Items:

If your product develops a fault, we will help to resolve the problem by either exchanging for a new product, or organising a repair/spare part to help resolve the issue in line with the manufacturers warranty. All faulty items are to be collected within 14 days of delivery.

Returns Policy - Special Order:

If your order has been made to order/custom, unfortuntately we are unable to offer a refund.
